NYPD may trade their Piaggio scooters in the favor of electric Vectrix models but that was a little time ago.The Italian company who makes the Piaggio scooters unveiled the new and improve MP3 Hybrid plug-in scooter(141MPG).The three-wheeled scooter can operate in either a full-electric mode, or one of three hybrid modes - 125 cc gasoline - 0-60 -5 seconds.The Italian company promise that the scooters it may be on the market early than next year.
